I got a costume and it looks like this. Not a very good picture but oh well. I need some face paint and a white wig and I'll be ready to go. Too bad that swords are not allowed in Seattle metro area.

Sakuracon, sakuracon.org is an anime fest. You go and see all kinds of anime stuffs and there are cosplayers, lots of cosplay. I've never been to one before this is my first so I am not sure what all will be there but I know I'll get to see lots of people in costumes of their favorite video game / anime character.
